Chill-Out Snack Freeze-Dried Strawberry Cheesecake Bars
Unbelievably easy and outrageously delicious, these Chill-Out Snack Freeze Dried Strawberry Cheesecake Bars are your ticket to dessert heaven without the fuss. Perfect for when you’re craving something sweet but can’t be bothered with the drama of traditional baking
Ingredients
Graham crackers – 1 ½ cups, crushed
Butter – ½ cup, melted
Cream cheese – 8 oz, softened
Sweetened condensed milk – 1 can (14 oz)
Chill-Out Snack Freeze dried strawberries – 1 oz, crushed
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Tip: Pressing the crust with the back of a spoon ensures it’s compact and won’t crumble.
In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, beating until the mixture is creamy and lump-free.
Fold in the crushed Chill-Out Snack freeze dried strawberries until evenly distributed throughout the filling. Tip: Crushing the strawberries in a bag with a rolling pin prevents a mess and gives you control over the chunkiness.
Pour the filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Tap the pan gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
Freeze the cheesecake bars for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Tip: For clean cuts, dip your knife in hot water and wipe it dry between slices.
Yummy doesn’t even begin to cover it—these bars are a creamy, dreamy delight with a punch of strawberry that’s both intense and refreshing. Serve them straight from the freezer for a cool treat or let them sit for a few minutes if you prefer a softer bite.

Chill-Out Snack Freeze Dried Blueberry (or add strawberry, or add banana, or add pineapple) Pancake Mix

Feast your eyes (and soon, your taste buds) on this game-changing Chill-Out Snack Freeze Dried Blueberry Pancake Mix that’s about to make your mornings legendary. Who knew something so simple could taste like a blueberry explosion in your mouth?
Ingredients
Chill-Out Snack Freeze dried blueberries or other fruit – ½ cup
Pancake mix – 2 cups
Water – 1 ½ cups
Butter – 2 tbsp
Instructions
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat (350°F) and melt 1 tbsp of butter, swirling to coat the pan evenly.
In a large bowl, combine the pancake mix and water, stirring until just mixed; a few lumps are okay for fluffier pancakes.
Gently fold in the Chill-Out Snack freeze dried blueberries to distribute evenly without overmixing, which can lead to tough pancakes.
Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake, cooking until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set, about 2 minutes.
Flip each pancake carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed to prevent sticking.
These pancakes come out fluffy with a delightful crunch from the blueberries, offering a sweet and tangy flavor that’s irresistibly delicious. Serve them stacked high with a drizzle of maple syrup or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra indulgent breakfast.
